Burt's Farm

Every year in the fall we take a ride way up in the North Georgia mountains to visit our favorite little secret Burt's Farm. Based upon the volume of traffic over the last few years however, our little secret is getting out.

Tucked up high in the hills of Dawsonville, Ga the birthplace of Bill Elliot I might add, Burts Farm has been adding joy to the fall since 1972.

There is a little of everything to do at the farm including picking some of the biggest pumpkins you have ever seen. Pumpkins that are orange, yellow, white and even black. You can also catch a hay ride around the farm on the ole
John Deer wagon or grab you some apple cider and rock in a chair to some old bluegrass.

It is literally a heaven for hillbillies with good food, covered bridges, beautiful creeks and of course the sourding mountains that drape the blue ridge parkway. So if you are hillbilly or you like hillbillies then you defintely need to take the family and check it out. It will be absolute good clean fun for everyone!
