This week we found a great band based in Inland Empire, California that we thought was definitely worth bringing to you.

The group plays an old school head banging, bone crunching metal that will thrash your teeth out. The days of California thrash are back and I am definitely on board.

The blistering drums and wicked guitars remind me of the good old days of Slayer and DRI. The band however brings a fresh sound to this old sound and thank god we are once again saved!!

You should go check them out I promise as you listen to songs like "Dark Ritual" and "Waste Of Life" you will absolutely thrash your metal head!!!

Kick back and listen to just a small sample of these wicked tunes on the Twisted Player!

We will are setting up a full interview with the band for Issue 21 so stay tuned!

Attackhead was founded in Orange County, California in late 2002 by guitarist/singer Mark Chapman. The band members have a variety of musical influences from old school metal to death metal. Attackhead strives to create an entertaining stage show along with a "just like the CD" musical performance.

Attackhead is licensed in New Zealand through Satanico Productions and receives airplay worldwide. We perform as much as possible for our troops and the USO. Attackhead is also partnered with the Melanoma Research Foundation to spread the word about the dangers of melanoma to a younger audience.
